Global Strategy Alignment: Worked closely with global sales, marketing, and NPD teams in New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong to execute regional plans in alignment with the global business strategy.
Sales Forecasting & Planning: Developed a 3-year financial forecast and advanced 12-month product pipeline, incorporating the planned launch of seven new Sephora stores.
Pricing Strategy: Implemented competitive pricing structures that aligned with local market conditions and consumer expectations.
Brand Launch Success: Spearheaded the successful launch of the brand in 20 Sephora stores across Australia, driving brand awareness and achieving sales targets.
